• Assist Project Manager in supervision and coordination of all MEP services and complete within the program
• Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress
• Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
• Understand the main contract and sub-contract requirement
• Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
• Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
• Ensure testing and commissioning are done on time
• Ensure good quality of works on site

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services / Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification
• Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination
• Minimum 3 years experience in Singapore construction projects
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
• Familiar with Autocad & Revit

Job Description:

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Able to understand electrical drawing, specifications and requirements.
• Plan, organize and set up site and sequential job planning for the smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Carry out resource planning for project such as site staff, subcontractors, etc to ensure their effective deployment.
• Attend project kick off meeting, project team meeting, etc and updates on progress.
• Monitor all site staff, workers and subcontractor performance.
• Control materials, tools and equipment ordered and delivered.
• Ensure all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress.
• Manage all site staff and subcontractor schedule.
• Prepare and routinely upkeep Project Construction Plan, site access plan, hoisting plan, temporary utilities plan, temporary office, holding areas, etc.
• Ensure adequate quality control measures either via on-site/off-site inspection and all completion/pre-handover inspections.
• Check that approved /correct materials are used within specifications/certifications submitted, recorded and approved.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry.
• Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all level of staff.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work on initiatives and to work as a team.

The role requires:

• Coordination with consultants, external subcontractors etc. Managing projects, monitor progress and ensure smooth completion.
• Handling project risk management and issues escalation.

Job Requirement

• Min Diploma/Degree holder in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
• Preferbably from construction industry.
• Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced and result-driven environment
• Software knowledge such as Autocad, Photoshop, Dialux would be an advantage.
