Job Description: -

• Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, office stationery, office maintenance, incoming/outgoing emails/messages).
• Perform data entry and general administrative matters.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
• Filing and maintaining up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval.
• Prepare and manage staff and project petty cash claim.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Renew and book for worker safety courses & skilled courses.
• Apply/renew/cancel MOM-related work pass.
• HR-related matters like hiring, onboarding, payroll, tax clearance for resigned staff, etc.
• Provide clerical & administration support to the project team.
• Assist in all managers, engineer and supervisor with admin support.
• Coordinate with project coordination team members, vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist yearly ISO audit.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Managing Director.
• Any other HR functions as assigned.

Requirements: -

• Diploma in Business Management/ Administration or related disciplines.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin to interact with Chinese speaking employees, vendors and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, able to work independently with multi-tasking ability
• Able to work independently while supervisor and senior management are not present.
• Able to handle emergencies issue at any time including after office hour, holidays or on vacations.
