Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, and as a registered architect, with minimum 6 years of local working experience OR
• Diploma in Architecture with minimum 8 years of local working experience
• Proficient in project management and architectural trades
• Proficient in trades coordination via Revit/Bentley platform
• Eye for details in architectural shop drawings
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Completed min 2 CONQUAS building project
• Preferably with Design & Build Building experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in organizing and managing various tasks and resources to ensure smooth operations within a department or project.
• Arrange meetings, appointments, and events, and maintain calendars for teams or executives.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document project progress.
• Organize resources, such as equipment, supplies, or personnel, ensuring availability for tasks or projects.
• Assist team members with administrative tasks and provide guidance or training to new team members on processes and best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Miniumum 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese counterparts.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

· Oversee all architectural works on site.

· Organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing.

· Prepare and submit CAD drawings to relevant consultant including shop drawing.

· Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.

· Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

· Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E colleagues and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.

· Ensure all submission of materials and mock up for early approval.

· Attend site meeting and coordination.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

· At least 5 years relevant working experience.

· LTA project experience preferred.

· Required Skills : BIM, Autocad

· Work independently.
