• Monitor site staff to ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit project reports in a timely manner.
• Develop project drawings, including as-built drawings and shop drawings, as required.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work 6 days a week with flexibility to work long hours when necessary.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in construction or civil engineering projects, preferably in landed housing or fit-out jobs for shops.
• Certification in BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) or higher safety certification.
• Proficiency in CAD drawing.

Supervising and coordinating with contractors, maintaining safety standards on-site, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget

• To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal worker to ensure timely completion of renovation projects
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality workmanship
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manage
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Possess 3D drawing experiences

a) May need to work on Sunday and public holiday.

b) Able to work night shift and split shift.

c) At least 1 years of working experience in the renovation contractor industry

Job Responsibilites

• Prepare Master Program and update progress monthly.
• Prepare Progress forecast of rolling programs and update of resources.
• Resolve any instrumentation issues & recording.
• Coordinate with services department about diversion work and schedule.
• Ensure overall site progress are updated according to schedule.
• Prepare monthly progress report for client/consultants.
• Assist Project Manager in the preparation and submission of verified work done to Quantity Surveyor.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree Civil Engineering and above or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction planning and programme coordination for railway projects.
• Computer literate with proficiency in planning software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, P6 Primavera.
• Experience in LTA Projects will be advantage.
• Willing to be based at project site office and work 5.5 days.

Job Description:

• Experienced in structural engineering design works mainly for road/viaduct projects.
• Supervision of drafting for the preparation of project documentation.
• Prepare designs, sketches and reports with supporting calculations for projects, and supply drafting staff with information to assist in the production of detailed drawings, the development of quantities, materials lists and cost estimates as required.
• Assist in the preparation of technical detail for quotations, contract documentation and technical specifications.
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, consultants or commissioning engineers concerning the design, installation or construction and commissioning of assigned work.
• Participate in the planning of projects as required.
• Previous experience in the use and application of Appropriate Singapore local and international Standards for structural design.
• Attend site inspection with required

Job Requirement

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with minimum 3 years of structural engineering experience.
• Good knowledge of the various engineering design software, for instance Autocad, BIM
• Experienced in LTA projects would be advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an excellent eye for detail.
• Team Player.
• Meeting delivery deadlines and budgets.
