JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct Credit reviews/give Credit approval
• Handle stress testing and portfolio management
• Perform cash flow projections
• Propose Credit recommendations
• Perform industry and economic analysis
• Ensure compliance to credit policies
• Liaise with Credit committee
• Collaborate effectively with other internal and external stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Major in Finance/Economics/Commerce/Accountancy or ACCA or any other relevant education
• Minimum 8 years of experience- Credit analysis in Local Corporates/Large Corporates/MNC (Corporate Banking experience)
• Highly analytical, focused, has good interpersonal and communication skills

Roles During Operations:

• Perform Guest Relations Officer (GRO) duties according to company SOPs.
• Highlight customers requiring special attention during roll-call.
• Manage walk-in customers to optimize table turnover and manage waiting times.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure timely table turnovers.
• Coordinate customer arrivals and seating to ensure smooth operations.
• Personally greet Premium members by name.
• Survey diners, handle, and resolve complaints.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Lead the GRO department to ensure high service standards.
• Train the GRO team to improve proficiency and efficiency.

Roles During Non-Operations:

• Follow up on upcoming reservations within the standard timeframe.
• Ensure GRO department’s opening and closing are aligned with company standards.
• Prepare sales quotations and event materials.
• Set up GRO departments at new outlets, including staff training.
• Address and resolve customer feedback via email and online platforms.
• Standardize GRO department procedures across the brand.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in training the service team on customer relations.
• Participate in company initiatives and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, motivating, managing and training team to optimise performance
• Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times, whilst working within budgetary parameters
• Training and supervising bar staff in order to ensure that they are knowledgeable about all aspects of serving liquor and cocktails
• Maintaining inventory of alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic mixers to ensure that all bar supplies are available when needed
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Mix, garnish and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to company specifications
• Suggest drinks to guests based on personalised recommendations and menu knowledge
• Responsible for hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons
• Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls
• Responsible for keeping the bar stocked and clean
