• 3 to 5 years of working experience in a related field or construction background is preferred.
• Experience in Private Residential Projects, Commercial Projects, and PPVC Projects is an advantage
• Good communication and written skills in English and Mandarin

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting Duties:

Invoice Management: Create, issue, and track invoices to customers for goods or services sold on credit.

Collections: Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.

Credit Control: Review creditworthiness, and monitor customer payment history.

Cost Control: Implement cost-saving measures and monitor expenses to optimize profitability.

Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and credit limits.

Invoice Processing: Verify and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Payment Processing: Schedule and process payments to vendors, ensuring timely and correct payments.

Reconciliations: Reconcile vendor accounts and bank statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Human Resources Duties:

Payroll Processing: Process payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.

Time and Attendance Tracking: Manage employees' time and attendance records, including overtime, sick leave, and vacation time.

Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

CPF contribution Administration: Manage the company's employees' CPF contribution

Compliance: Ensure compliance with CPF regulations and requirements.

Work Pass Applications: Assist company to apply for foreign workers' work pass

Work Pass Renewal and Cancellation: Manage the renewal and cancellation of work passes as needed.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with MOM guidelines

File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including personal information, employment contracts, performance reviews, and attendance records.

Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and protect employee personal information.

REQUIREMENTS:

2. Overseeing building progress and enforcing safety regulations at construction sites and submitting building permits to the proper authorities

Job Requirement

• O Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

The Site Engineer (Building) is responsible for assisting the Site Agent on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Monitor and review master construction program and preparation of catch-up program, if applicable.
• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.
• Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
• Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.
• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
• Technical expertise and knowledge in Foundation, Structural and Building works
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Good knowledge on method statements
