Job Responsibilities

· Perform roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act

· Supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control

· Check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans for discrepancies

Requirements

· The RTO-Geo shall have minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the C&S and geotechnical works

The RTO-Geo shall have experience in supervising and installation of monitoring instruments, collating of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation

· The RTO-Geo shall possess a Diploma in the Civil / Structural / Geotechnical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent;

• To assist manager in day-to-day manegerial tasks.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Operations in all daily tasks and matters within the Operations Department.
• Liaise closely with customer in project executions including carrying out site surveys, preparing designs and documentations (method statements, safe work procedures, risk assessments, fall prevention plans and lifting plans) for submission, arrange manpower and logistics to deliver construction equipment to site, install, commission, maintain, inspect, shift, troubleshoot, dismantle and return construction equipment to workshop.

Job Description:

- Tactical Training Mock ups – Design & Preparation of Drawings.

- Prepare, Review, and verify BIM Model, Shop drawings & Detail drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines and comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations, and practice.

- Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information based on client specifications.

- Able to generate and convert drawings from various formats of files received from clients and executing both manual 2D and 3D drafting.
