Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of HR operations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, work pass application and selection. Oversee employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance on setting performance goals and track employee progress.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws. Regularly update policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance and risk management.
• Identify employee training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
• Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation plans. Handle inquiries related to salary, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and absences to ensure proper workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Prepare and present regular HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to senior management to support decision-making.
• Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and initiatives that promote work-life balance and job satisfaction.

1) Responsible for Estimating, Planning, Scheduling, Coordinating and Supervision to Setting-up, Installing & Maintenance of Following Equipment.

• TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine)
• STP (Slurry Treatment Plant)
• ECM
• Air Supply System
• Batching Plant
• Tunnel Ventilation System
• Temporary Communication System (RFID, Telephone, Fire Fighting, Gas Detector) Installation and Maintenance
• Locomotive
• Chiller Plant
• Gantry Crane
• Dewatering System
• Water Cooling Tower
• 22KV Sub-station

2) Responsible for Writing of Power ON Documents for TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) and 22Kv Sub-station.

3) Planning of Power Distribution System for Bored Tunnel & Entire Site.

4) Maintenance and Troubleshooting of TBM, Electrical System, Locomotives, Batching Plant, Cooling Towers, and other Tunnel Facilities.

5) Estimation and Ordering Electrical Equipment, Spare Parts Based on Required Specification.

6) Preparation for TBM Initial Drive and Main Drive.

*This role is on 5.5 days workweek and work location is currently located at the East of Singapore (Changi area).

About This Role

1. Coordination with relevant parties: LTA, QPS, QPD and other sub-contractors and suppliers.

2. In charge of site operations with Safety and Quality Assurance.

3. Overall manage site manpower, equipment and materials according to site requirement in consider in conjuction with cost saving.

4. Report to Senior Manager on all relevant project matters and implement the integrated strategy according to company requirement.

Qualifications

• Experience in tunnel construction, project management, and engineering
• Knowledge of innovative tunneling technologies like Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM)
• Familiar with CAD and other general office software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage timelines and resources effectively
• Health and Safety certifications and training
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Requirement:

• Possess at least Nitec or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Construction or related field
• At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
• Proficient in MS office application
• Able to read technical drawing and specification
• Possess Class 3 driving license / own vehicle (preferable)

Job Scope:

• Identify sales opportunities and prospects to achieve continuous growth in business
• Identify potential customers, initiate customer visits, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers
• Build customer relationships, support customers' project requirements and enquiries

• Manage and ensure achieving monthly sales target
• Account management/servicing from pre-sales, post-sales and commissioning
