RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors

· Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision

· Supervise construction and civil , mechanical, piping and steel structures on site.

· Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.

· Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings

Requirements:

As a Maintenance Technician, you are requiring updating, before, progressing and after completion of work at site.

to all systems and equipment to ensure that they are operational.

Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints.

Inspect and maintain site electrical equipment.

Documented all scheduled routine findings and rectification.

Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management.

Liaising and co-ordinating with site personnel, third party and external contractor.

He provides technical support during construction and site showround. He/She coordinates with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants. He also maintains proper filing and record of drawing list as well as assist to prepare engineering reports. He participates in site works, inspection and planning.
