Job Description :

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress on daily basis.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Prepare weekly site progressive report.
• Prepare weekly site meeting minutes.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and obtain permits and licences.
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in the Interior Design/Renovation industry.
• Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of a project.
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful and able to adapt to a changing environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:-

• Person in charge of the workplace on environmental regulations pertaining to the Environmental Public Health (Registration of Environmental Control Officers) Regulations 1999 Person in charge of the workplace implementation and revision of Environmental Management in the worksite
• Act as an Earth Control Measures Officer (ECMO)
• Establish, update, maintain, and implement the Environmental Management System and Environmental Impact Aspect assessment
• Conduct / Plan site environmental inspection and ensure effective implementation and continual improvement on all environmental matters. Advise occupier of the workplace or other person in charge of the workplace on environmental health problems and recommend remedies to establish a healthy working environment
• Oversee the installation of noise meters at site vicinity and monitoring of construction works noise to ensure it does not exceed the permissible noise levels throughout various stages of construction phases
• Coordinate with external pest control operator visits to carry out fumigation, mosquito oiling and rodent control measures. This is to ensure effective control on site
• Liaising with National Environment Agency & Public Utilities Board (PUB) on environmental issues and other statutory requirements of compliance by sites
• Updates on codes of practice & environmental literature and circulates information to each level of employees

Requirements:-

• Must possess Environmental Control Officer Certificate and registered with National Environmental Agency (NEA)
• Min 2 years’ relevant experience

• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences

• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Monitor and control access at entrances and vehicle gates
• Obtains help by sounding alarms
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intellectual Property (IP) Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the field of intellectual property law, where you will assist in various tasks related to patent and trademark matters. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical knowledge in IP law and contribute to real IP projects.

Responsibilities:

1) In collaboration with IP team, to develop, review and refine engaging and creative educational materials for in-house IP training;

2) Assist the IP team in the following activities:

- Conduct patent/prior art search and/ or trademark clearance search;

- Review and analyze invention disclosure prepared by inventors;

- Review and refine internal patent process;

- Prepare and file patent applications;

- Draft responses to Office Actions from patent and trademark offices;

- Periodically maintain, update and organize IP portfolio databases and files;

- Prepare IP presentations and reports as needed.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a PhD or holding a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Law (with IP specialization) or related field;

- Knowledge of IP focusing on patent and trademark is not necessary but preferred;

- Strong research and analytical skills;

- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and oral);

- Capacity to understand diverse technologies;

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities;

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the
  constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project
  requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager to oversee all site projects operations, functions & requirements.
• Overseeing all technical matters, attending clients and consultants meetings and
  coordination of M&E and architectural works.
• Planning and sequencing of the construction works according to the master and detailed
  construction programs.
• Co-ordinate the site operations with sub-con and supplier.
• Liaise with client, consultants and authorities on resolving technical issues, monitor site
  progress against target.
• Plan, procure, monitor and control of resources, such as manpower, machineries and
  material to execute site works within time and cost
• Lead coordination meeting with Site Manager, Site Engineers & Sub contractors.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment, aiming for zero accident and near
  miss.
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
