• Reviewing works done by the finance team
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.

• Assist Project Manager on planning to ensure that materials, manpower, machineries, authorities approval and site conditions are ready before the work starts.
• Supervise work for the contract and ensure that it is done in compliance with the contract specification including confirming and verifying that the work is done.
• Manage the project to ensure that work is carried out in a manner that meets the quality, environmental, health and safety objectives and targets set out by the management.

Responsibilities:

· Develop comprehensive work schedules, including specific timelines for operational and maintenance activities related to building, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) trades. Ensure efficient resource allocation through consolidated and reviewed work programs.

· Oversee on-site management and supervision, ensuring contractors adhere to specified work requirements. Guide on-site technicians and security personnel to conduct inspections and finalize tasks.

· Contribute insights and feedback to the service and ad-hoc contract renewal process, aiming to enhance workflows and mitigate the risk of service non-compliance.

· Collaborate with consultants and end-users to gather technical feedback and manage the entire process from raising case numbers to successful completion.

· Operate building automation systems and validate measurement accuracy through site assessments.

· Evaluate and provide input on contractor-proposed drawings, work schedules, risk assessments, method statements, and submissions. Ensure alignment with design and user intent while maintaining thorough coverage.

· Organize and participate in meetings with contractors to monitor and assess their progress.

Requirements:

· Need to have steel structure knowledge

· Able to read floor plan

· Should possess qualifications and training in building, mechanical, or electrical (M&E) trades.

· Demonstrated experience in maintenance and operational planning, site coordination, due diligence inspections, investigations, technical feasibility studies, and a solid understanding of workplace safety and health regulations.

Responsible for effective coordination of servicing works by liaising with contractors and end-users.

1. Responsible for managing a team of Contracts Engineers in the full spectrum of contracts service in conjunction with the project requirements

2. Manage end-to-end tender/bidding process for major infrastructure projects including tunnels and viaducts

3. Understand the client’s requirements, business environment and complexity to formulate the winning bid strategy and value proposition for tender submission

4. Develop a plan and manage tender team to achieve the tender deliverables in an effective and efficient manner

5. Perform effective engagement with sub-contractors and establish optimum pricing structure.

6. Lead, manage and negotiate with sub-contractors on commitment and commercial terms to meet Business target/margin.

7. Responsible for BQ, high-quality tender proposal development and submission.

8. Manage construction contract administration and project finance till project completion including finalization of the project account.

9. Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements

1. Min 5 to10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, handling major infrastructure/ building projects

2. Strong and well versed in contracts conditions

3. Strong project management skills

4. A high degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical skills

5. Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and/or certificates in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry.
• Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
• Process valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Meticulous and self-motivated; cooperate and comply.
