Reporting to the Electrical Construction Manager, the candidate will be accountable for insuring the work required such as submittals, RFI’s, coordination drawings, updating documents, etc are complete, ready and approved for Electrical Subcontractors to perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents. • Track project status to ensure delivery is on track and provide regular project updates
• Able to handle a few minor projects concurrently
• Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / A&A Works
• Liaise and hold meetings with clients, Managing Agent & Sub contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered
• Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
• Good knowledge and experienced in building related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, piling, A&A, plumbing works etc.

Property Executive

• Supervise workers on maintenance matters, service facilities, conservancy work and others.
• Manage the day-to-day permit-to-work system;
• Manage emergency and ad-hoc repairs, breakdowns, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support and attendance where necessary and act as an authorised person. Manage and act as the co-ordination point between the Main Contractor and client;
• Manage customer service-related issues, ensure proper response and action items with customers (any tenants or members of the public) are closed in a timely and professional manner;
• Coordinate, manage and monitor all corrective and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Attend to complaints and feedback from tenants. Investigate and report tenancy infringements by tenants.
• Assist in all surveys required by client.
• Attend to any other matter as assigned from time to time.
