• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in a relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in context.
• Having experience in the Building Project would be a bonus and advantageous.
• Have PPVC experiences
• Have experience working with main contractors
• Willing to work in the site office.

Job Description:

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, progressive payments/claims, method of statement and work procedures to project manager.
• Responsible in overseeing drawings and plans and make sure they are updated to the clients and subcontractors
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems and prepares project status reports.
• Controls project plan by reviewing designs, specifications, drawings/plans, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
• Assist the project managers or directors in project co-ordinations with related consultants and quantity surveyors.
• Coordinate and work closely by enforcing safety procedures, rules and regulations with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulations are complied.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
