The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety, and reducing workplace risks on-site. Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and other relevant Singaporean safety regulations.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments regularly.
• Liaise with government authorities (e.g., MOM, BCA, etc.) for safety audits and certifications.

2. Site Monitoring:

Property Management and Maintenance

■ Manage and maintain the property and keep it in a state of safe, good and operational condition

■ Ensure compliance of all relevant legislations, standards and requirements governing the

maintenance and management of buildings in Singapore, including customary business practices

■ Implement and regulate all instructions, by-laws and laws permitted under the requirements of

BMSMA and House rules

■ Liaise, schedule, supervise and conduct routine inspections of the property, grounds, facilities and

equipment to ensure that the property is properly maintained and serviced by staff and/or

contractors

■ Prepare, implement and review checklist and preventive maintenance programmes for the property

■ Liaise with property developers, consultants, architects, contractors during TOP and POST TOP for

Facilities Coordinator

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Location: Jurong Island

Responsible for site M&E operation.

• Responsible for delivery of hard-services in accordance with Client Management SLA
• The point of contact for technical issue for all Hard-services at the site.
• Liaising with vendors on timely submission of invoices and/or required corrections
• Track M&E preventive maintenance program accordance to 52-week schedule.
• Responsible for smooth operations of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil works pertaining to the site facilities. Also includes Audio Visual, Fire
• Protection System, Passenger Lifts, Overhead Cranes, Gym Equipment, Fire Certificate Renewal and Bicycle Servicing.
• Manage the M&E scope of the adhoc works including handyman works to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
• 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required
• Conduct regular site inspection and provide solution through adhoc works and minor projects.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors and ensure the completion of all adhoc works and minor projects.
• Ensure all M&E works are compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.
• Maintain register of all call outs and support the site to prepare incident reports.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Facilities professional experience
• Strong Facilities Technical (Mechanical and Electrical) knowledge and experience;
• Able to handle manual duties and perform regular facilities inspections;
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure;
• Knowledge and experience in computer systems, including Microsoft Windows and Office operating systems;

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, and take measurements to plan layout and procedures.
• Select the appropriate welding equipment or methods based on project requirements.
• Set up components for welding in accordance with specifications.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment across various techniques.
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify any flaws or defects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a welder.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Proficient in using various welding equipment and techniques (TIG, MMA, etc.).
• Experience with electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Knowledge of safety standards and commitment to using protective gear (face shield, gloves, etc.).
• Attention to detail and dexterity in welding tasks.
