What you will be doing:

• Assist the team in planning, executing and managing marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Plan and gather tenants’ participation for joint collaborations event.
• Work closely with Leasing department in the lease renewal for concourse space, pushcart, and advertisement space.
• Assist in developing presence in social media platforms and integrate marketing events or promotion online.
• Keep abreast with the latest marketing technologies and trends to uncover new marketing opportunities
• Monitor expenses and adhere to budget allocation.
• Makes recommendations on best practices within chain
• Assist in monthly report consolidation
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

About the Role:

• Lead a team of property officers and work closely with the Member of Parliament and grassroots leaders in the management of the common areas of the public housing estates.
• Manage the team in achieving key performance indicators as required in property management and compliance to relevant government regulations.
• Work closely with the various grassroots organizations and government agencies on projects to enhance the living environment.
• Plan and implement the Town Councils’ improvement programmes and exercise prudent budgetary control.
• Engage, manage residents’ feedback and to carry out random call back service to residents when the feedback is resolved.
• Assist the PR Team and grassroot leaders to organize grassroot activities.
• Attend MP’s house visits, grassroots and project meetings after office hours when required.
• Attend to urgent cases referred, grassroots leaders and EMSU.
• Do cross audit of estate inspections, arrears visitations and special duties when assigned.
• To be Secretary of assigned subcommittee and follow up on the various projects and as and when special duties assigned.
• Assist General Manager in managing the Town Council and complying with Town Council’s governance and achievements.
• Perform any related duties as required and directed.
• Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.

About You:

• Proven track record as a PO or SPO in township management.
• Demonstrate positive service attitude and good track record of serving residents and grassroots organizations. Compliments received by residents or GRLs will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate and connect well with external stakeholders and internal customers.
• Demonstrate good teamwork and willing to assist new colleagues.
• Diploma in Building, Building Maintenance/ Management, Facilities Management, or other approved qualifications preferred but not mandatory.

• To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters.
• To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Manage in-house M&E sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation.
• Supervise and lead an installation team on M&E services installation in construction environment.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
• Candidate with LTA- MRT experience advantage.
• To be based in project site office.
• 6 Working Days per week.
• Working Location: Tampines.

• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to ensure standards
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve clashes
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Review and revise the current revision status
• Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Check on-site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
• Any other duties assigned

• Minimum 3 years of experience after tertiary education in a relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in context.
• Having experience in the LTA Project would be a bonus and advantageous.
