Skills & Requirement:

Degree Holders in Management or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University. Work experience from MNC main-con or China commercial financial institution is a plus.

Job Description:

• Manage all projects matters and workers
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, equipment vendors and subcontractors
• Able to prepare permit-to-work, risk assessment and other necessary project documents
• Support projects from pre-contract through to completion, ensuring that work is done within budget
• Able to analyse tender, technical specifications and contract documents and possess high ability in negotiation
• Monitor project costing and progress payment, variation works and cost control
• Prepare plans and documents for quotations to suppliers that can be used as a basis for pricing
• Prepare and follow up on request for quotations from materials or equipment suppliers/subcontractors
• Assist to prepare price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal in order to prepare tender submission
