• Ensure timely and accurate billing of invoices, debit note & credit Note,
• Monitor and update collections and outstanding balances
• Perform office administrative/clerical duties to support daily operations which include preparing cheques and documents filing.

Administrative Duties:

• Handles mails, maintaining filling, and general admin support
• Apply new employees, Renew existing workers
• Maintain and organize office files and records.
• Managing employee records and HR documentation.
• Handling HR compliance and legal requirements.
• Ad-hoc tasks as per assigned.
• Perform any other duties assigned by director.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Accounting with at least 2 years of relevant experience, including keeping full sets of accounts.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• With full set accounting experience needed
• Familiar with Online accounting software and MS Office especially MS Excel
• Familiar with e-banking platforms will be advantageous
• Able to work independently as well as in a team

Responsibilities:

· Lead the site supervision team on all the instrumentation, control and automation works.

· Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all instrumentation, control and automation site inspection issues, contract related matters and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works.

· Address and respond to all Contractor’s RFI’s and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but not limited to assess method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with design team/QP from HQ.

· Attend all site/project related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and to lead in technical and work progress discussions.

Qualifications;

· Good graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably recognised by the PE Board, Singapore.

· About 10 years of experience in supervising mechanical works in the construction of infrastructure projects preferably in water/or used water treatment works.

· A person with good communication and leadership skills.

Job Description:

· Carry out site supervision duties in accordance with the Building Control Act.

· Ensure works are done appropriately following the approved drawings.

· Assist the Resident Engineer on all site and/or construction related matters.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

· Registered with IES as Resident Technical Officer (M&E).

· Minimum 10 years of construction experience in supervising mechanical works.

· A person with good communication skills and with ability to work in a team.
