• Provides responsible service,Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Performing general electrical maintenance.
• Reviews product performance and quality and communicate to Technical Director any downward shifts in performance and quality
• Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
• Provide technical support to solve all electrical wiring and installation job.
• Strictly adhere to safe work procedures and applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requestedManage quality claims
• Install and configure electrical systems for lighting, including wiring, fixtures, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards during installation procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to coordinate and execute electrical installations according to project timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of lighting systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues related to lighting systems, both independently and in collaboration with a team.
• Keep accurate records of installed systems, maintenance activities, and any modifications made during the installation process.

• Reports to Design Manager
• Responsible for geotechnical design / construction.
• Coordinate all design-related matters with client / design consultant / subcontractor / specialist / construction team.
• Review the geotechnical design calculation & reports & shop drawings
• Manage the schedule of all design item as per construction program

Job requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent, while Master degree holder in Geotechnical engineering is an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in an MNC A1 construction firm, inclusive of experience in vehicular structures and road projects of similar scale and complexity is required for this position
• Experiences in soil investigation, instrumentation and improvement design is required.
• Pile foundation, load testing and integrity testing knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in FEM analysis application & Geotechnical engineering design (Plaxis, etc.)
• Good communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

- Willing to work under the sun and overtime, weekend or holiday, shift switching and able to work under pressure and condition such as not afraid of dirty, not afraid of tired.

- Willing to work as a tiler to do the relevant tiling works at project sites.

- Able to operate construction machines, knowledge of construction safety. Experience in operating equipment like drills, tile cutter, hammer. Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout & etc...).

- At least 6 years of experience in the construction industry. Manage site activities, vendors, and sub-contractors, assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work. Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.

- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings & ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

- Responsible for all aspects of site safety, proven experience as construction worker, reduce material wasting and cost saving.

- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods, bilingual is preferred (in English & Mandarin.)

- Any other assigned duties.
