Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Discover and nurture fresh business prospects within the construction industry, emphasizing projects related to instrumentation, soil, grouting, and blasting
• Cultivate enduring connections with clients and industry associates.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals.
• Perform market analysis to spot trends, monitor competitor actions, and pinpoint opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure projects and endeavors are executed effectively.
• Craft and deliver proposals, presentations, and reports for both clients and management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction industry with main focus on instrumentation, soil, grouting or blasting projects
• Open to 5.5 Working Days
• Class 3 Driving License with own vehicle is highly advantageous.

Requirements

Min. Degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering

Able to read basic structural drawings, proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD.

Preferably 3 year(s) of working experience

Experience with 3D modelling software.

Job scope

Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work

Ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Liaising with surveyors, engineers and architects

Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and stakeholders

Breaking large jobs into down into phases of development

Using project management tools to plan timeframes

Planning contingency programmes in case timeframes change

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
