JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Deputy GM, you will be responsible to conduct market research and feasibility studies of Indonesia real estate development business.
• Acquire of new projects including selection and negotiation with potential partners
• Construction progress management and project management of acquired properties for existing development projects.
• Frequent travel to meet with potential clients/partners or to visit the project site and conduct market studies of Indonesia properties.
• Prepare sales reporting materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma or bachelor's degree qualification
• At least 3 - 5 years of sales experience in acquisition properties or project management of development process preferred.

Job Scope:

Responsibilities

The Contracts/Commercial Manager is responsible for the overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project and employ mitigation actions as quickly and effectively as possible.
