Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of Accounts
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
• Prepare financial statements, payments, AR billings, journals, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, staff reimbursements, GST submission etc.
• Prepare management reports i.e. project analytics, revenue, costs, cash flows, AP, AR, Related Party Transactions reconciliation for group reporting & etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments, reconciliations, audit, taxation matters
• Assist in banking matters, account opening, LC, insurance bond & etc.
• Assist in corporate secretarial activities
• Coordination for physical inventory and fixed assets count on an ad-hoc basis
• Responsible for statistical filing
• Hands-on and work with other team members for finance deliverables

Requirements

• Accounting Degree, Partial ACCA or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts with reputable companies
• Proficient in MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint & etc
• Good communication, organization and administration skills
• Hand-on experience in Navision accounting software is an advantage

• Review and interpret all relevant drawings, specifications and reports;
• Handle full scope of Quantity Surveyor duties which includes material take-off and variations i.e. Structural works; Piping works; Electrical and Instrumental works; Mechanical and Equipment works; Painting works
• Able to understand the Project contract documents and inform and assist site team for the cost estimate for any additional works
• Prepare the commercial tenders, including material take-off, preparation of BQs and technical queries

Job Specification

• At least a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of Singapore based Quantity Surveyor working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate with experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) will be preferred.

1. Assist Senior Site Supervisor and Site Manager in ensuring all construction works involving utilities engineering, laying of power cable, auxiliary cable installation are carried out to meet principal/clients requirement and are in compliance with all government regulations and procedures.
2. Assist Senior Site Supervisor and Site Manager to plan, organize and oversee all construction activities at all phases of the construction including coordinating and mobilization of workforce, equipment and materials necessary for project.
3. Constantly monitor the work progress by conducting regular checks on job sites to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, company’s quality standard, customers/ requirements and all relevant government and industry code of practices/standards.
4. Supervise and carry out construction work assigned including trenching, pipe laying, cable pulling, cable termination, cable jointing, back filling and temporary road reinstatement.
5. Chart out the daily work plan including placement of road signs, temporary traffic control and coordinate with the logistic and procurement department or order of materials and equipment needed for the job.
6. Supervise, monitor and control project to ensure compliance with specification and drawing.
7. Ensure work site safety, cleanliness of work site, worker safety, health and welfare at all times.
8. Take prompt and decisive actions in all site emergencies/mishaps or incidents and keep superior posted of follow-up actions.

10. Take all necessary precaution to prevent damages to private or public properties especially all underground services.
