Job Requirements:

Project Coordinator involves in the day-to-day operations of the projects by organizing and communicating the details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as an interface between team members.

Job Description:

• Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
• Coordinate and supervise the work activity on site, monitor the daily progress and keep track based on schedule
• Liaise with clients, consultants and main / sub-contractor on project coordination
• Carry out site inspection, analyse and resolve the site problem
• Carry out visual inspection on all installed components of structures
• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
• Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Responsibilities :

• Support the technical team and construction team for all design matters.
• Review all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Work closely with consultant on the scope of services, design and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Manage design approval process and coordination with the clients, consultants and subcontractors in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
• Ensure strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Identifies and highlight to management and project team of any potential risks or issues that will impact project performance.
• Support tender team and prepare technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as when assigned.

Requirements :

• PE Board Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of design management experience with at least 1 year of design experience in consultant firm.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills .
• Good organization and time management skills.

Key tasks include:

- Overall in charge of site coordination.

- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and sometimes, members of the public when require.

- Coordinating and supervising construction workers.

- Maintain and manage site storage areas for building materials and equipment.

- Planning ahead to prevent the problem on-site before it occurs, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.

- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction site safety.

- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

- Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives.

- Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up.

- Assessing and minimising risk.

- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Outstanding communications and negotiation skills.

As construction site supervisor work on site wherever that site is, be prepared to relocate or face a longer commute as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Operational Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately, and taking accurate messages when necessary.
• Manage and maintain an organized inventory of office and pantry supplies, placing orders when necessary.
• Uphold and enforce security protocols, including visitor registration and access control procedures.
• Generate reports and perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Offer administrative support to the CEO's office, including drafting correspondence, arranging appointments, and managing calendars.

II. Hospitality and Guest Service Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional executive and cordial guest service experiences.
• Respond promptly to meet and exceed guests' needs.
• Anticipate and action the needs or concerns of guests and VIPs to exceed client expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and their guests, addressing inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services, aiming to positively impact their care and comfort.
• Strive to continually improve service performance and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and register them according to guidelines.
• Coordinate and execute special events, meetings, and conferences hosted by the CEO's office.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Stay updated with current industry trends and developments related to guest services and reception activities.

III. Qualifications and Additional Requirements:

• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably possess 5-8 years of experience in the hotel or airline industry, focusing on C-suite guest services.
• Able to work independently while adhering to established standards and procedures.
• Always maintain a professional and polished appearance, following the dress code policy.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other related software.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Friendly and positive attitude towards guests and team members.
• Familiarity with property safety, first aid, fire, and emergency procedures.

Working Location: West, Singapore (Transport provided)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day – 8.30am to 5.30pm | Saturday – 4 hours per day – 8.30am to 12.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee pre-contract and post-contract activities, including:
• Estimating and planning costs.
• Preparing tender documents, such as measurements and Bills of Quantities.
• Verifying progress claims and invoices, and certifying completed work by contractors.
• Reviewing and assessing extra payment or extension of time claims by contractors, and making recommendations to the Board.
• Managing tenders, including evaluating submissions.
• Assisting the Contracts Manager and Project Manager with contract management, cost monitoring, interim/progress payments, variation assessments, and final account finalization.
• Providing cost and financial advice, with a thorough understanding of construction, logistics, and material management.
• Performing other relevant duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant degree or certification with experience in project costing, procurement strategies, and scheduling for large water or infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Detail-oriented, independent, highly motivated, results-driven, and a strong team player.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and consultants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) is preferred.
