The Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities to sell Geotechnical Instrumentation and monitoring, Site Investigation, and related testing services to clients across the Construction Industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Director (Asia), the BDM is responsible for driving and achieving growth with High Touch Accounts and by prospecting for new opportunities with new clients. JOB DESCIPTION

Assist the Residence Manager / Property Executive on the day-to-day operation and maintenance of common areas and all matters related to the maintenance management of common property. He is responsible for the effective supervision, training, guidance and motivation of the on-site technician(s) under the team.

• To conduct daily checks to the essential equipment, ensuring that they are operating in satisfactory condition at all times. Spot irregularities and rectify them.
• To conduct regular inspection with term contractors (pest control, fire protection system, etc.) to ensure that the services are carried out / maintained to the standard set by the Management.
• To propose / recommend improvement, repairs and upgrading works when appropriate and ensure such are carried out properly when approved.

• To install additional power points to serve to new equipment and light fittings as and when needed.
