• Conduct pricing and costing analysis, contract and vendor management to achieve cost effectiveness and efficiency.
• Selection, measuring and reviewing performance of vendors.
• Assist in contract negotiation, manage the supplier database
• Main point of contact for liasion between internal team, client and contractors
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Facilities Management/ Supply Chain Management / Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience for senior position, fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior positions
• Possess initiative and drive for result with sharp analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour

Job Description

Working at construction site as site supervisor:

1. Arrange workers complete construction works daily, Ensure works go on smoothly, Ensure no workers idling.

2. Coordinate with Main-con, clarify with Main-con on drawings, schedule, access, materials, machineries etc

3. Attend all the site meeting on behalf of company.

Requirements

5 years experience working at construction site as a Subcon Site superisor or in charge person.

Well knowledge on RC works in the whole process, Rebar works, formwork, Concreting.

Well Knowledge on Labor production rate of RC works.

Good communication skill required.

Stronger Leadship required.

Handle to the worker permit issues, including apply permit for new workers, renew work permit, calculate worker salary based on workers timecard, cancel work permit and but air-ticket for workers when neccessary.

Read the letters received, Draf letters on behalf of company.

Assist site supervisor to submit monthly progress claim.
