Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of diaphragm wall construction projects.
- Oversee the design, development, and approval of construction plans and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure on-site compliance with safety, health, environmental, and legal regulations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule.
- Manage the project budget, including cost control, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Prepare regular status reports on the project, covering schedule, financial performance, and risk management.
- Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, and technical challenges.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project-related activities and approvals.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically diaphragm wall construction
- Proven experience in managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with local building regulations, as well as environmental and safety standards.
- Strong knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and equipment.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management for projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with government agencies or large infrastructure clients.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.
