Offsite Storage Inventory Administration

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors works to achieve daily work schedules and to ensure compliance with specific requirements
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and monitoring of construction activities and production of shop drawings

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Preferably with working experience in foundation works
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AUTOCAD
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays when necessary

Job Description

• Development of Land Reclamation Digital software.
• Applicate of automated construction techniques for deep excavations, such as automated monitoring, steel reinforcement actuators, and automated injection system.
• Research on refined modeling and dynamic construction control technology of NATM tunnels.
• Developed the new equipment of vibro-replacement stone column and automated construction technology, which can penetrate 15m gravel layer.
• Research on constitutive models of geotechnical materials and finite element models in soft soil.
• Plan a scheme corporate private Generative Pre-trained Transformer.

Requirements

• Min Master’s degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Must possess min 7 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry of which minimum 5 years are in MRT projects
• Must possess all the training certificates required of a Construction Manager

• Assist Construction Manager in planning and executing building construction and renovation projects.
• Plan and coordinate construction activities on daily basis.
• Establish budget and schedule for construction project.
• Monitor and control expenses within the established budget.
• Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining the quality and productivity.
• Oversee invoice and payment processing in a timely fashion
• Analyze construction problems and develop immediate resolutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Generate construction progress and expense reports for management.
• Attend educational workshops, trainings and conferences for professional growth.
• Identify slippages or delays in constructions and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Identify milestones and problem areas and accordingly recommend preventive actions.
• Work with Construction Manager to develop project plan, quality assurance plan and health and safety plan.
