• Survey, establish demarcations and guide for construction to proceed.
• Check and compute the pre-computation prior to any setting out for field surveyors.
• Verify accuracy of survey data, measurement, and calculations.
• Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing.
• To coordinate with engineering team to prepare engineering drawings and sketches.
• Design drawings including layouts, elevations and details.
• To provide drawing modifications and advice on altering design changes to suit site condition under the guidance of Engineers.
• Assist to supervise and lead the survey team for handling all survey related issues.
• Able to provide design and shop drawings under the guidance of Engineers.
• Able to provide advices on altering design changes to suit site condition.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Civil / Structural / Land Surveying or Equivalent.
• Minimum 4 year(s) of working experience in the civil and building projects.
• Experience in Marine Project will be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & Civil 3D BIM application.
