ENTRE' AUTOMATICS PTE LTD IS DOING SUPPLY AND INSTALL GLASS WORKS AND ALL OTHER RELATED WORKS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. QS NEEDS TO GIVE COSTING AND QUOTATION TO CLIENTS AND FOLLOW UP AND GET PROJECTS. NEED TO COORDINATE ON MATERIALS ORDERING AND DELIVERY. ALSO NEED TO DO AUTO CAD DRAWINGS TO CLIENTS.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SAME OR SIMILAR FIELD. 9AM TO 5.30PM MON TO FRI AND ALTERNATE SAT 9AM TO 12PM. 7 DAYS LEAVE. INCREMENTAL OF 1 DAY PER YEAR OF SERVICE UP TO MAXIMUM 14 DAYS. 13TH MONTH AWS BONUS. ADDITIONAL BONUS IF PERFORMANCE EXCEEDS EXPECTATION. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE ON DOING COSTING AND AUTO CAD DRAWING.

BASIC MEDICAL BENEFITS. SALARY $2500/- AND ABOVE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

Job Description & Requirements

• To assist Construction Manager/Project Director lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
• To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact of cost, overall schedule and quality.
• To review the equipments / materials requisitions.
• Manage correspondence & documentation with Client/Client' Representative and contractors.
• Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and the work of any subcontractors.
• Liaising with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants.
• Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
• Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.
