• Monitor the ring building activities prior to LTA submission and updating the ring building activities.
• Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice.
• Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement preferably construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Must be familiar with safety procedure within the site.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
• Candidate with LTA and mrt tunnelling experience advantage.
• To be based in project site office.
• 6 Working Days per week.

Preparing and implementing project plans.

Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.

Developing detailed designs.

Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• To lead and supervise a team of timber flooring installers.
• To take-charge of accurate measurements, the complexity or difficult installations, including custom patterns for production as well as aware of customer preferences and choices before installation.
• To oversee quality control to ensure installations are completed properly.
• To establish and enforce high-quality workmanship.
• To collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
• To attend site meeting with respective project teams, architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to discuss any issues that arise during the installation process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a floor installer with proven experience with timber floors.
• Strong leadership skills and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using the tools needed to complete the installations.
