Responsibilities:
· Manage project request and work with teams to optimize opportunities
· Working with team to generate potential new business leads
· To identify and engage new and existing client
· Always up to date on current affairs and global trends
· Perform any other duties assigned by the director
Job Requirements:
· Proven overseas and local experience and sales track records as a Business Development Manager or Sales Director
· Outgoing, driven and highly self-motivated
· Strong presentation and communication skills
· Possess strong analytics, interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Proven working experience in construction and training related sectors is a must
· Fluent in Japanese and English. Able to provide sales analytical report in both languages
· Able to travel for business
