Job Requirements

• A valid Class 3 driving license
• At least 2-3 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Proficient at using GPS/ Familiar with Singapore roads
• Able to work flexible hours, including working on weekends/public holidays
• Reporting Location: Serangoon

• Liaise with construction team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender
• Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts;
• Assist in maintaining good documentation of events at site for variation order / EOT claims;
• Assist in the procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers of specified materials;
• Attend technical meetings to keep abreast of design development issues and provide cost escalation alerts;
• Source potential tenderers/subcontractors and send out invitation for RFQs
• Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage
• Assist contracts team in administration of subcontracts

Job responsibilities:

• Provide on-site product & system commissioning/servicing support.
• Support on product and application presentation to new and existing customers.
• Project/systems configuration and coordination, new product launch.
• Assist in distribution channels-technical related.
• Brain storming of ideas to support on special projects.
• Providing technical support to sales team.
• Handling complaints on technical issues and support marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering (with relevant experience).
• Knowledge of water treatment, hygienic and steam, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, semi-conductor industries is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in Industrial/Technical products, particularly valves, sensors and process control instrument.
• Strong leadership skills and able to lead a team.
• A hands-on person.
• Able to communicate with customers on building solutions.
• Strong communication skills, Dynamic and goal-oriented, team player.
• Computer and PLC literate, proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/InDesign will be an added advantage.

· Maintain general filing system manually or electronically

Requirement

Minimum O’ Level or some formal qualification

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in administrative role, preferably in the construction industry

•To assist the Project Manger, oversee andcoordinate daily operations at construction sites

•Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.

•Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients.

•Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and procedures.

•Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.

•Report working progress to managers.

At least 10 years of experience in construction industry.Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors，assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.Responsible for all aspects of site safety.Proven experience as construction worker . Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers , drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring constructin material ( concrete, sand, grout etc. ) Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods.Be bilingual,fluent in English&chinese.

1. Responsible for collecting, receiving, technical support and quality improvement of product problems;
2. Responsible for statistical analysis of product after-sales data, identification of batch risks and improvement of parts that need to be optimized;
3. Responsible for Initial Quality Survey (IQS) data analysis;

Maintain safety in construction site

develop, implement, review and ensure HSE policies and procedures are being executed and adhereed

prepare, submit and maintain and manage all safety related documents

liaise with client rep / authoritiy to find and implement solutions for daily operation

ensure all safety material / equipment required are procued and are of correct type for use at site

carry out safety inspections

manage safety supervisors and other construction workers to acheive safety at site

• Handle all related Workers Dormitory Issues
• Assist in monitoring attendance, process payroll, staff claims and leave management.

• Assist in recruitment, posting of job advertisement, schedule interview for hiring.
• Manage foreign workers' administration including on-boarding and off-boarding.
