• Maintain site records of excavated volumes, grouting records and other construction work.
• Plan and monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years’ experience in handling Tunneling projects
• knowledge in operate EPB TBM system with CREG machine, Terratec machine, Herrenknecht Machine, TBM SELI Technologies machine and Slurry TBM system with TBM Hitachi Machine
• Must be able to work under Compress Air for Cutterhead intervention works
• Knowledge in Autocad and able to use Autocad to draw drawings.
• Able to do shift work (12hours)

Your role

Our major Oil & and Gas Downstream Client is looking for Site Quality Coordinators who will be repsonsible for implementing Project Quality Plan in assigned scope of work. You will monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with approved processes and procedures. In addition, you will plan and coordinate inspection activities for discipline inspectors at site and reports to the Site Manager of Quality Surveillance issues, status and metrics. You will implement the Construction Surveillance Program according to the approved Surveillance Plan.

• Promote Quality awareness throughout the Site
• Ensure establishment and proper implementation of adequate control processes within the site inspection activities, as stipulated in the Project Plan and the Project Quality Plan
• Schedules and coordinates inspection activities on site
• Provide oversight of Contractor’s implementation of their construction processes and procedures through execution of the Construction Surveillance Program:
  - Approve Contractor’s Quality organization and monitor performance of key Quality Assurance (QA) staff
  - Review and comment on Contractor’s Site Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
  - Participate in review of any proposed sub-contractors not on approved bidders list
  - Monitor and audit implementation of Contractor’s Quality Program
  - Ensure Contractor’s surveillance activities are commensurate with Criticality Ratings
  - Review Contractor’s site quality audit schedule, monitor contractor’s site audit program, and participate in selected site audits
  - Evaluate and monitor implementation of Contractor’s site quality management systems
  - Ensure Contractor is performing quality reporting per the contract
• Develops and coordinates Site Audit Schedule and conducts site audits
• Monitor, investigate, identify and raise site quality issues to the Project Team
• Provide site Quality training as required for site inspection personnel
• Assist Sites in selection of Discipline Inspectors and Quality Specialists
• Supervise Discipline Inspectors and Quality Specialists including correlation / review of their daily reports
• Utilize Construction Surveillance Program, evaluate quality metrics and provide reports to responsible line management, Quality Manager and function, as required
• Advises and informs Site Manager on Quality issues, status and metrics
• Review and assist in development of Quality portion of site close-out reports as necessary
• Ensure previous company's lessons learned are reviewed and that new company's learned are identified

You are what we are looking for if you:

• Have minimum 20 years of experience in quality assurance/control in mechanical, structural, piping, and welding in field construction and completions activities
• Have extensive experience in Engineering, Construction, Commissioning or Start-up activities of various facilities in the Oil and Gas Downstream Industry, particularly working on refinery/chemical plant projects
• Have experience working for and with an Oil & Gas Operator
• Have Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
• Have technical discipline certifications commensurate with work experience such as CSWIP and ASNT
• Have formal technical, quality assurance and auditor/assessor training
• Have experience in Quality Management and coordination of quality activities overseas as well as experience with Contractors and Suppliers involved in production facilities projects

Responsibility:

* Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
* Liaise with consultants, contractors & authorities from inception to completion of projects on C&S matters
* Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities and clients
* Manage projects to meet the time, cost and quality objectivies
* Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meeting
* Assists in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel
• At least 3 years of local construction experience
• Knowledge in BIM / Revit software is added advantage.
• At least Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural engineering or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineers Board
