Requirements

• Degree in Civil or a related discipline recognized by the PE Board
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience, with PPVC knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit

1. The candidate must have knowledge of Rebar work. who should know how to prepare and deliver the necessary tools and equipment for the various work sites. Able to handle and rectify damaged tools and equipment.

2. The situation of overtime working may be required when the project’s needs.

3. Constantly needs to be reporting the work status to the manager.

4. Must have experience of managing workers, and ability & knowledge to arrange work for workers.

5. Capable of rectifying the site issues. Able to provide materials in case of any urgency in the workplace.

7. should be able to coordinate with the workers and co-drivers. Schedule & arranged the pickup area and timing with the co-driver’s morning and evening for all the workers.

8. always able to coordinate, support the workers at sites and office staff efficiently.

9. Must check the tools working condition before bringing them to work sites.

10. Must have the capacity to do the demolition work in case of a worker in shortage or when the work status about to end as teamwork. 12. Material stores to be always maintained properly.

11. You will be the point of contact in any urgent works rise.

12. Must be physically fit to carry heavy materials to load and unload to work sites.

Role Responsibilities

This position reports to the director and interfaces with Organisation managers, suppliers and Clients. Specific Responsibilities

1. Trainee will be able to fill up workflow checklist and follow company's SOP to perform the operation.

2. Trainee will be able to perform route planning with draft of route maps and locations, highlighting important landmarks and instructions, maximum waiting time and travel duration for each route

3. Trainee will be able to draft out operation risk report and present to company using powerpoint slides. Upon trainee conversion, trainee can present to client.

4. Trainee will be able to handle a new sales process from quotation to operation risk reporting. Upon trainee conversion, trainee will be able to acess the company's existing clientele base to follow up for recurring sales.
