• Any other procurement and contract management-related tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or its equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in procurement of building and construction services.
• Possesses analytical skills and can communicate effectively in both written and verbal in English and Chinese.
• Meticulous, able to multi-task and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
