Job Description:

• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints via phone, email or in-person
• Check and monitor CCTVs for discrepancies, system issues and incidents
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to escalate car park cases to the Operations or Technical teams
• Monitor incident queues and work with operational teams to ensure escalated cases are resolved within the required service levels and customer requirements
• Perform investigations and process refunds for customers
• Perform administrative tasks related to customers data such as service reports
• Monitor and track manpower deployment for Operations and Technical teams

Job Requirements:

• At least GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
• 2 years of working experience in the customer service or Control Centre roles is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word)

How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

• Manage the maintenance systems to achieve performance of all the control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI) with the objectives of achieving continual gas supply to the customer, leveraging organizational capabilities in response to business needs of our customers.
• Ensure all the maintenance activities / records are recorded and maintained in CMMS (CIS).
• Prepare a monthly maintenance report.
• Participate in the RCA for all the reliability issues and propose the preventive action plan.
• Adherence to Job Order / Work Permit system and to maintain zero accident by complying to all Safety rules & regulations in accordance with AL IMS and Workplace Safety & Health Act.
• Ensuring that the maintenance program is in place and aligned with the maintenance strategy.
• Ensure that operating manuals and facility SOPs are established according to the IMS program of the subsidiary.
• Responsible for quality and safety audit (E&I part), related SOP & RA.
• Provide operation support to execute and complete the PM/CM/SDM on time.
• Response to address the issues to reduce the down time.
• Identify the critical spare parts and manage.
• Train the operation staff on DCS, PLC and SCADA.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Control Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Gas/Chemical industry preferably.
• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance / service / commissioning Oil and Gas or petrochemical industry DCS systems such as Yokogawa/Siemen/Emerson.
• Working understanding of process equipment and technology used in the facility.
• Working understanding of mandatory regulatory requirements applicable to the operations of the facility.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Experience in RCA methodology.

Responsibilities

• To perform detailed inspections at customer’s premises for any sign of pest or infestations
• To conduct site safety inspections, assessments
• To carry out prompt and timely pest control treatment at job site (indoor and outdoor) according to job specification and schedule
• To provide good quality service to client and provide recommendations for pest proofing and housekeeping
• To maintain company equipment in good and working condition; including company vehicle
• To submit all Service Reports promptly
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Valid NEA Vector Control Technician Licence
• Individuals without hands-on Pest Control experience welcome to apply
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Able to write and converse in English; able to complete Service Reports in English
• Able to travel island-wide to carry out control services
• Self-motivated; able to work independently or as a team
• Friendly & approachable personality; enjoy meeting and helping people to solve their pest problems.
