• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards;
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries;
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers;
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule;
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings;
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers;
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship;
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly;
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Production Report.

- Have painting work experience (1-2 years)

• Architectural, Structure and MEP BIM Modeller and BIM Coordinator.
• Knowledge in BIM 360
• Use of BIM to perform drawing works.

Job Requirements:

Location:4 days on site (schools) and 1 day in office (Queenstown)

• To assist to collect, confirm and compile facility table data
• scheduled visits to different schools across Singapore, collecting and compiling school facility data and performing due diligence checks on existing data such as measurement of room sizes, room usage and other on-site data verification.

Requirement

• Good MS Excel knowledge is required.
• Physically fit and able to walk for long duration.
• Able to work under tight timelines.
• Able to work closely with school representatives and managing agents.
• Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Experience in estate management, building maintenance, building related experience in consultancy or Managing Agent firms, preferably with a minimum of 1 year in the respective position/field.
• Diploma or Degree in building related disciplines (e.g., estate management, building maintenance, architectural, quantity surveying, civil/ structural/ mechanical or electrical engineering)

Job Description:

• Ensure compliance and practice of Company's engineering works comply with all relevant Statutory standards, Regulations and Codes of Practices in conformance with local standards and legislations.
• Manage and communicate with internal/external project teams including relevant Authorities and relevant parties about engineering works and project schedule to comply with all project requirements with agreed procedures.
• Prepare submission reports, specifications and other necessary documents for approval and application to meets both Client and legislations requirements and specifications.
• Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered and propose the effective solution approach.
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Mentoring the project team and managing its performance by providing assistance and support whenever necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned assigned by immediate superior or Head of department.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Having experiences in LTA Project would be bonus and advantageous
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage

Responsibilities:

· Prepare of tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation

· Coordinator with Sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants

· Prepare Contract documents

· Verify sub-contractors monthly progress claim

· Being commercially responsible for the procurement or materials on the framework on behalf of the client

· Working closely with multidisciplinary teams

· Liaise with the suppliers and sub-contractors of the building materials and negotiate price

Requirements:

· Minimum Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent

· At least 5 years of relevant experience with Main Con / Consultancy
