In this role, you will be responsible for the adoption of Data Governance Framework across all business areas in the Singapore office. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to and work closely with senior members in the organization to deliver the requirements under the Enterprise Data Governance programme and institutionalize data quality management target Head of Data Governance operating model in the business.

What you will be doing:

• Implement the data quality target operating model in Singapore, including the roll out of the data quality technology solution
• Develop and maintain data quality rules with thresholds to meet the requirements of the business processes that consume the core data
• Establish and monitor data quality measures, evidencing improvement in data quality of core data assets over time
• Establish a data quality issue management process, monitoring and tracking of data quality issues through its lifecycle; root cause analysis, solution design and remediation, with a focus of remediating issues at source
• Review data related incidents to ensure read across to data quality rules
• Ensure adherence to data principles for any data related project and work with project team
• Conduct training related to data quality management, educating and generating awareness over the data quality principles and process

Professional Qualifications

• Knowledge of tools and techniques of data quality management
• Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data
• Experience in working in a diverse organisation and across front to back business processes
• Proficiency in SQL and RegEx for robust data querying, transformation and validation of data quality
• Proficiency in PowerBI, demonstrating the ability to create comprehensive and insightful data visualisation that contribute to effect data quality assessment and reporting

Education

• Degree holder of any business / financial related discipline

Language

• Fluent written and spoken English

Roles & Responsibilities

• Involve in Housing & Development Board (HDB) upgrading projects.
• Plan and launch public relation programs such as preparing circulars, letters and notices.
• Conduct survey on condition of flats
• Plan and coordinate works to be carried out within the flats timely
• Handle queries and feedback pertaining to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it.
• Work closely and ensure smooth operation procedure during upgrading work between relevant parties such as residents, contractors, consultants and authorities.
• Attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in Construction Working Committee meeting.
• Maintain good rapport and positive relation with the residents.

Requirements:

• Competent and possesses the skill, knowledge and ability to manage public relation issues and general project queries with the residents effectively.
• Team player, diligent and willing to work extra hours when needed.
• Minimum qualification of GCE "O" Level Certificate, with public relations work experience preferred.
• Capable of communicating effectively in English and one other official language.

Lead/Drive Capex reduction/optimization projects by working with sites and central function teams

• Setup Monthly Capex Reduction forum / Grassroot forum to track progress and seek for more savings opportunities
• Ensure all savings being documented in Ticket system
• Create and maintain Overall AT capex Saving Tableau dashboard
• Identify, advocate & share Best known Methods / practices across the network
• Help establish, define & communicate targets for sites & network teams
• Drive transition from MICAP to CALM and establish/improve the business processes towards capital reduction efforts
• Update status documentation (Weekly report, Newsletter)
• Compute Capex spend profile
• Collaborate with multifunctional site & central teams of Procurement, engineering, manufacturing, Planning, Finance, Facilities, Automation, Logistics & others, to identify & track capital reduction efforts
• Document, Track & communicate Improvement Initiatives on a regular cadence
• Report out Capital Savings performance to plan on a weekly basis, through dashboard (such as Tableau) and Playbook Updates
• Chair monthly forum with all stakeholders (including Leadership) to communicate on the program status
• Escalate, in a timely and an appropriate manner, any issues or roadblocks to supervisor and other leaders
• Provide clear direction to sites on timelines and details to capture applicable savings projects
• Provide recommendations through clear, logical & data-driven information to be used in any decision-making process
• Keep abreast with continually changing business plans and roadmaps that affect site equipment requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or an equivalent science degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Engineering, Planning or equivalent operations.
• Required Skills / Qualifications
• Maintain Knowledge of Semiconductor Back End Process Areas & keep abreast of Equipment (Tool of Record) being used
• Understand (or be willing to learn) planning systems such as MICAP, CALM, CSM, ADCS etc., and documentation systems (Tickets, SAP Fiori) relevant to capital spending & reduction
• Lead without authority and help resolve conflicts between different groups as needed. Negotiate and defuse stressful situations to achieve optimal outcomes for Micron.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving & data validation skills to align network issues and standardize calculation methodologies across the network
• Demonstrate additional soft skills such as dealing with ambiguity, ability to work both independently & in a team environment, responsiveness & exceptional customer focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required
