Job Description

• Update supplier documents and conduct supplier evaluation
• Establish and update product specification and artwork verification. Ensure compliance of product formulations, product labels and health claims
• Responsible for shelf-life validation and NIP testing
• Provide technical information and support to other departments and customers’ request
• Assist in the implementation of food safety and quality systems and audits
• Any other duties assigned by QA manager

Job Requirements

• Diploma /Degree in Food Science or relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Carry out project planning, scheduling, good documentation system and project management.

- Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical details and risk assessment plans.

- Conduct regular site inspections, undertake project status review meetings/safety meetings in ensuring quality and timely deliverables.

- Lead a team of professional and technical site staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.

- Ensure adherence to project scope and requirements.

- Provide timely project progress reporting to Management.

- Work closely with clients, project team, relevant authorities and subcontractors.

- Control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality, smooth delivery, and timely completion of projects.

- Ensure the successful handover of all projects handled.

Skill Preferable:

- Strong technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Working experience with at least 3 years of relevant working experience

- Able to communicate well in English

Job Description

1) Competent in reading and understanding drawings and perform measurements.

6) Competent in performing all tender activities necessary for the procurement of new projects.
