• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Project Management Plan and master construction programme
• Liaise with consultants, client & main/sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement and work progress supervision
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

1) Minimum 5 years working experience in interior fit-out projects

2) Team player, able to lead a team for fabrication and installation. Capable of effectively collaborating and communicating with clients, suppliers, contractors, and production team

3) Reading and interpreting plans and understanding architectural drawings and plans for production

4) Creativity and strong in details development including producing drawing of 2D and 3D in AutoCad.

5) Able to Solve design issues and addressing any design problems that arise

6) Producing materials and hardware lists needed for the production

7) Operating machinery in workshop such as CNC machine and hand tools.

8) Joinery detailers may work on high-end commercial project and may also details developments. They should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of materials and hardware.

Job Description

• Ensure the project’s Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and architectural systems comply with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark certification criteria.
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to incorporate sustainable practices that meet Green Mark standards, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and environmentally friendly materials.
• Monitor and assess MEP and architectural system installations to ensure they align with Green Mark requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including consultants and regulatory bodies, to achieve sustainable design and compliance targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of compliance efforts, prepare necessary reports, and facilitate project audits related to Green Mark criteria.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP and architectural systems within the construction industry.
• Proven knowledge of Green Mark certification requirements and sustainable building practices.
• Strong understanding of MEP and architectural system integration to meet environmental and sustainability criteria.
• Excellent coordination skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams to meet sustainability goals.
• Attention to detail and ability to track and document compliance with regulatory standards and certification criteria.
