• Lead and manage a team of QS in the administration and review of procurement and contract management
• · Responsible and lead the team on evaluation and preparation of sub-contractors' claims and issuance of payment response within stipulated timeframe (SOP Act)
• Allocate tasks to QS and provide effective supervision
• Review contract documents and provide cost estimates on tenders
• Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim
• Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim
• Oversee the management of document control and distribution of drawings, specifications, and all other relevant documents.
• Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation of additional works, alterations or design changes, and lead the team in preparing variation orders
• Advise and administer Extension of Time claim
• Ensure timely finalisation of main contract and subcontract
• Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Able to independently lead and manage project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in project tendering, contract negotiation, administration and/or management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem solving abilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network L2 Engineer to join our ICT Infrastructure team. As a Network L2 Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our network infrastructure, which includes Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls, Cisco switches, Alcatel, Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM), and other related devices. You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our network services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Maintenance and Support:Perform routine maintenance tasks on network devices, including firmware updates, patches, and configurations.
   Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
   Monitor network performance and proactively address bottlenecks or anomalies.
   
2. Firewall Management:Configure, manage, and maintain Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls to ensure network security.
   Implement and maintain firewall policies to control traffic and protect against threats.
   
3. Switch Management:Configure and manage Cisco switches, ensuring optimal performance and network segmentation.
   Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
   
4. Access Control and Authentication:Administer Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) for user authentication and access control.
   Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
   
5. Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and asset inventory.
   
6. Collaboration:Collaborate with other teams, including system administrators and security experts, to achieve common network goals.
   
7. Security Compliance:Ensure that network configurations and policies comply with industry best practices and security standards.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) or similar access control systems.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Industry certifications such as CCNP, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA), or Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) would be a plus.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and resolve payment disputes
• Issue reminder letters to delinquent accounts- Recommend appropriate actions for delinquent accounts
• Attend to customers’ enquiries pertaining to billing and collection
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customers’ complaints in billing discrepancy
• Prepare credit note and debit note
• Achieve the target set by the Management
• Assist the Head of Department in statistical reports

Requirements

• Diploma or above in accounting profession
• Relevant experience in Credit Control are preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, in particularly MS Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player and also able to work independently
• Must be meticulous and possess sense of urgency
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Able to commit 12 months (5-day work week)
