Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute projects and tasks based on the objective set by Management.
• Solve and prevent problem occurrence and to increase customer satisfaction on Product Quality.
• Perform quality, env. and water efficiency system maintenance in the company.
• Support in maintaining & upkeep ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF1694, ISO 17025 and ISO 13485 and ISO 46001 in the company.
• Understand company’s Quality, Env., Water Efficiency and OH&S Policy and Objectives, Env. aspects and impacts, Safety news, Safety risk assessment, Information Security risks, etc.
• Perform internal QEMS and WEMS audit and coordination with internal dept for external QEMS and WEMS audit, provide support for customer audit and perform vendor audit.
• Monitoring production dept. quality failure cost.
• Perform calibration & maintenance of x-ray machine, ensure good housekeeping of X-ray equipment’s area and update monthly schedule report of x-ray machine.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experiences in engineering or quality assurance field.
• Preferably with experience in supplier management and product qualification.
• Strong understanding of automotive 5 core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC) and good working knowledge of Minitab or JMP application will be added advantage.
• Good knowledge of 8D problem solving tools (Fishbone diagram, 5-Why, etc.) is preferred.

Normal Shift (5 days work week)

7.50am to 4.55pm

Responsibilities

• Handle public relations matter pertaining to the project
• Handle feedback / complains from the public and stakeholders and resolve issue amicably
• Attend dialogue sessions with the Resident Committees if require
• Close liaison with project manager on project schedules and updates
• Provide administrative support to the project team as assigned
• Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
• To prepare and compile weekly report on all the complaints and requests received form the public
• Assist Project Manager on daily administration work
• Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mails, documents reports and drawings
• Ensure maintain of proper record and filing system
• Other ad hoc administrative support

Requirements

• Diploma / “A” levels
• Relevant working experience, preferably in Construction industry
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
