Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other subcontractors
• Handle contractual matters that arise
• Ensure safety compliance and Quality Control
• Liaise and coordinate with client, QS, authorities, subcontractors
• Manage changes to the project
• Develop schedule and monitoring forms to ensure that all site activities are tracked closely and monitored.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Attend site meetings, and monitor progress of projects, ensuring smooth progress of project
