10) Build underbeds and install anchor bolts, wires and brackets.

11) Prepare surfaces for tiling by attaching lath or waterproof paper, or by applying a cement mortar coat onto a metal scree

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
2. Over 3 years of experience in data center construction or on-site operations; prior experience with Alibaba Data Centers is preferred.
3. Project management experience; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

• For every successful application, explain details and terms & conditions governing the loan stated in Note of Contract to the borrowers.
• Ensure a copy of Note of Contract and duly-completed application form are given to borrowers after the approval of loans

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• 4 “O” Level passes (including a grade C6 and above for English) or higher
• Strong interpersonal, communication and maintain a good rapport

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (5.5 day work week)
• Literacy and comfortable with Ms Office skills and Apps

• To conduct daily checks to ensure that the common areas are cleaned, and the landscape is maintained.
• To liaise with Client on matters related to the maintenance of the site(s)
• To conduct regular inspections with the term contractors (cleaning, pest control, fire protection system, landscape, lift/ escalators) to ensure that the services are carried out / maintained to the standard set by the Management and or the authorities.
• To conduct daily checks on the other common property not maintained by a term contractor to ensure their soundness and proper maintenance.
• To propose / recommend improvement, repairs and upgrading works when appropriate and ensure that such are carried out properly when approved.
• Lead Technical Officers in the management and maintenance of the site.
• Monitors and ensures each staff discharges their duties diligently
• Ensure full compliance of Contract Specifications service level and KPIs
• Vet documents and submissions for accuracy and quality before they are sent to Client
• Ensure that Client’s instructions are properly carried out
• Ensure that the Service are carried out in accordance with Client’s guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and statutory requirements
• Ensure public and tenants’ feedback and complaints are attended to according to the timeframe stipulated
• Prepare and submit Management Reports to Client
