• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house regulations
• Attend site meetings to assist the Project Manager with necessary preparatory works
• Liaise with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary site permits/clearances
• Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 8 years of relevant working experience of the building construction industry

or

• Degree in local universities in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management
• Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects

Provide admin and sales clerical support.

Issuing invoices and updating accounts receivables, enquiring about outstanding payments, and keeping records.

Segregating invoices for delivery.

Assist in general administration duties and Ad-hoc duties· Answer and direct phone calls.

Assist in the preparation of regular monthly reports.

Develop and maintain a filing system.

Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

Submit and reconcile worker's salary reports.

Provide general support to visitors.

Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.

• Safely transport company workers between sites, dormitories, the office, and other locations as assigned by Superior/Management.
• Operate the lorry crane for loading, unloading, and transportation of materials as required, ensuring safe and efficient use.
• Conduct daily checks and routine maintenance of the lorry crane, reporting any issues or malfunctions to Superior/Management.
• Immediately report any vehicle or lorry crane issues or unsafe conditions to the Superior/Management, ensuring timely repairs.
• Maintain safe driving and crane operation practices at all times, strictly adhering to traffic regulations and the company’s safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Valid Class 4/5 Singapore driving license, preferably with lorry crane operator license.
• At least 2- 3 years relevant work experience required for this role.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiar with Singapore roads.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Superior/Management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design engineering plans and construction documents for projects.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure project feasibility and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Perform calculations to assess structural integrity, safety, and sustainability.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, collaborating with contractors and local authorities.
• Oversee and provide guidance during the construction phase to ensure quality and compliance with designs and plans.
• Monitor environmental impact and ensure all designs are sustainable and eco-friendly.
• Update project records and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
