The Role

• To create, manage and execute Real Estate business plans, strategies to expand Real Estate business by creating the appropriate portofolio in APAC liaising with Real Estate business unit in Tokyo Headquater.
• To oversee and manage the several exsiting real estate and inflastructure investment in Indonisia, India, and Vietnum with the local management company and Japanese rotation staff.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in Real Estate Investment buisness
• At least a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.
• Comprehensive and deep understanding, knowledge on real estate business industry.
• More than 10 years experience in Real Estate business indsutry, including management and acquisition of real estate development projects, equity investment int the real estate development projects, and so on.
• More than 5 years experience in managing staffs

To develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure financial support from diverse sources, including individual donors, corporate partners and foundations to support the implementation and growth of Club HEAL’s programmes and initiatives. Other roles will include media management and event coordination efforts to increase awareness and support for our cause.

Key Responsibilities:

The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

1. Fundraising

a. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to diversify revenue streams and meet fundraising goals.

b. Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other potential funding sources, effectively communicating Club HEAL’s mission and impact to secure financial support for our initiatives.

c. Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and initiatives, including online campaigns, direct mail appeals and special events to engage donors and raise funds.

d. Create compelling content to showcase beneficiaries and people-in-recovery whose mental health journeys can be a source of inspiration for others as part of the fundraising campaigns.

2. Donor Engagement

a. Cultivate meaningful relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations and other funding sources.

b. Maintain regular donor engagement through various channels, including emails, letters and face-to-face meetings to acknowledge their generosity and support.

c. Provide donors regular updates on the impact of their contributions, showcasing tangible outcomes, success stories and testimonials from beneficiaries.

3. Event Coordination

a. Assist in planning, organising and executing events, to increase Club HEAL’s prominence and engagement with our stakeholders, primarily for the purpose of fundraising.

4. Corporate Communications

a. Assist in implementing a diverse range of media communications plans to enhance the profile of the organisation.

b. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate communication efforts and ensure messages are consistent

Technical Competencies:
