• Provide administrative support
• Complete daily sales report for the outlet manager
• Collection and organization of client cards
• Maintaining client cards in neat and tidy order
• Handle and manage customer feedback (complaints & queries)
• Support the outlet manager in coordinating stock ordering, repairing equipment, store maintenance etc.
• Assist in stock take as required on a rotational basis
• General cleaning duties
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• NITEC in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service (preferably in retail/ beauty industry)
• Require MS Office and Excel Skills
• 6 day work week including weekends and PH (Compulsory to work on weekends & PH)
• Able to work retail hours
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and Responsible team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English

Responsibilities

The Contracts/Commercial Manager is responsible for the overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project and employ mitigation actions as quickly and effectively as possible.

• Review external providers (i.e vendors and subcontractors) terms of service and project deliverables.
• Provides contractual advisory from the commercial perspective to the project through all stages: construction, subcontracting, completion and hand-over,
• Provides support to the Quantity Surveyor team in the project, monitoring, reporting, planning and coordinating all aspects of their work.
• Proactively engages in continuous improvement and review of existing processes, systems and policies that may support the project’s contract management and administration.
• Advises on all contractual correspondence related to the project, considering commercial impact
• Identify, assess and manage / advise on contractual risk
• Manages contractual claims, disputes, settlements and resolution
• Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders both verbally and in written notices eg. extension-of-time (EOT) , change order, etc.
• Possesses knowledge in construction/contract law & different standard forms of contracts eg. PSSCOC, SIA, LTA, REDAS, FIDIC, NEC, etc.
• Possesses leadership skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, thinks strategically and critically, exercising judgement after consideration for all aspects.
• Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills.
• (Is required to work both in Corporate office and/or at project sites.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management /Civil Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administrationand/or management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset,problem solving abilities, as well as keen interest and motivation in ahigh growth and entrepreneur environment
• A high level of integrity, dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result oriented
• Must be willing to relocate to Madagascar.

The Responsibilities:

• Oversee Costing, Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Control, and Gross Margin Analysis for an overseas legal entity, managing financial accounting, reporting, tax, and budget matters
• Conduct product costing, cost analysis, and month-end closing activities
• Handle year-end tasks, including inventory stocktake, updating SAP activity rates, budgeting, and coordinating statutory financial statement audits
• Prepare cost-related documents and liaise with Customs on Free Trade Agreement matters
• Conduct product cost simulations and provide cost information for decision-making
• Safeguard company assets, optimize inventory levels, and review Sales and Margin monthly
• Enhance freight cost reporting and participate in Continuous Improvement Programs
• Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

The Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy
• 3-5 years of Costing experience in Manufacturing
• Preferably familiar with SAP or equivalent ERP system & MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• A team player and with good communication skills
