Experience in managing new construction and rehabilitation projects at terminals and refineries is required for this position. • Plan, direct and coordinate construction activities including understanding Client’s requirements, technical specification and commercial reviews and bid development to include time frame, construction procedures, manning requirements and allotted available resources for each phase of the project.
