Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual, client and QEHS requirements.

· Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.

· Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms of QEHS, schedule and cost.

· Define clear roles & responsibilities, and deliverable requirements of team members.

· Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.

· Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.

· Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly

· Report to management periodically on status of project in terms of QEHS, cost and schedule.

· Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or equivalent

At least 5-10 years of experience in the field of project management

Possess all the necessary safety compliance certs (CSCPM, etc)

At least 5 years of experience in a main-contractor company involved in HDB BTO project

• Position : Student care centre supervisor (MUST HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & GOOD command of English)
• Location : Tampines (Nearby MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday/ 12PM to 8PM (Will have lunch and tea break time)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance bonus + 16 days annual leave (14 days plus teacher and children day)
