• Reviewing reports from managers to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities for growth in the company’s market share

• Establishing and enforcing company policies regarding customer relations, sales techniques, and ethics

• Developing and implementing training programs for new employees or existing staff members who are being promoted to new positions within the company

• Monitoring employee performance to ensure that they are meeting goals and adhering to company policies

• Managing a team of employees and ensuring that they are trained to perform their jobs effectively

• Reviewing customer orders and inventory to ensure that all customer needs are being met

• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the industry

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Clinical Safety Manager to ensure each project deliverables are met;
• Collect, process, and track serious adverse event (SAE) reports and clinical event documents;
• Generate and track study report safety narratives;
• Coordinate safety surveillance activities (e.g., lab review and trend analysis);
• Generate Investigator Safety Letters and distribution to health authority;
• Assist in preparation of clinical safety documents
• Perform safety submissions of expedited/periodic reports in Singapore/Taiwan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health/life sciences with 1 year of clinical safety experience or 2 years of pharmaceutical research experience;
• Proficient in a range of Clinical Safety tasks, as detailed in the ‘responsibilities’ section (above)
• Excellent time management skills with an ability to work on tight timelines;
• An ability to interact well within a team environment, but also work independently and manage own workload;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrated ability to efficiently use safety database;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines

Responsibilities:

Pre Contract Stage

• Quantity take off and cost comparison for main work trades
• To assist in establishing client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• To monitor relevant planning authority web sites to identify work opportunities (tender notice)
• To complete and submit of PQ document
• To access tender documents and ensure sufficient information available for tender preparation
• To request for quotations and assessment
• To prepare tender documents for submission
• To submit tenders and follow up for clarification

Post Contract Stage

• Understand and reasonably interpret contract document & drawing
• Understand contract provision thoroughly and advise the risk/areas of concern
• To perform measurement and cost breakdown
• To prepare payment certification to sub-contractor/ supplier
• To prepare payment claim to client
• To identify and evaluate variation work

Requirement:
