Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. The appointment holder will also support data governance and protection in RHSO.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Digital engagement with HSG CRM

· Establish a digital strategy for the residents in NUHS cluster using HSG CRM

· Responsible for business-as-usual operations of the CRM

· Monitor progress and update to management on a periodic basis

· Support the HealthSG Taskgroup meetings.

· Support NUHS teams in running campaigns according to NUHS Comms editorial calendar, and NUHS event calendar

· Manage stakeholder engagements to adjust and implement changes to the operational workflows and service delivery for better outcomes

2. Development of RHSO Learning Management System

· Define the strategy and roadmap for RHSO’s learning management system (LMS).

· Devise and optimize workflow processes

· Engage and support stakeholders, perform requirements gathering and ensure operational feasibility.

· Perform procurement of LMS (new or renewal) including contracts and agreements review with internal and external stakeholders.

· Responsible for business-as-usual operations and managing of resources (manpower, budget, etc) for RHSO’s learning management system.

· May include use of multimedia and digital software in graphic design, video editing, web/UI/UX development and animation creation.

3. Data governance and protection

· Work with data protection leads from other Divisions to ensure RHSO compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and MOH’s data-related policies and initiatives

· Provide support/ advice on enquiries from other Divisions for use-cases or initiatives that would require data related actions (e.g. storage, transfer, encryption).

· Provide incident management advice and/or support as needed and ensure that data incidents and breaches are responded to and managed effectively.

· Review Data Sharing Agreements that may be entered into between RHSO and other organizations when needed

· Plan and develop training and communications materials for RHSO staff

Requirements

· A degree from a recognized university, with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably within healthcare industry

· Relevant working experience in product management for IT or learning management systems (2 years min), with previous deployment of educational IT resources as a plus

· Experience in managing interactions and integration across different departments/teams

· Proficiency in the domain of data protection, data governance and PDPA obligations

· Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

· Previous experience in UI/UX development, digital design, animation and video editing work as a plus

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Overview

The incumbent be responsible to operationalise engagement and operational strategies in support of MOH Healthier SG /Age WELL SG and play a role in the crisis response team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director in overseeing/implementing HSG/active SG engagement and enrolment operations
2. Promote and assist residents to enrol into the Healthier SG programme.
3. Undertake role of trainer and briefer of HSG contents to internal and external stakeholders including residents.
4. Assist in the development and update of HSG training contents/materials.
5. Assist and address HSG queries to residents throughout their Service Journey.
6. Assist to support Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGA) and provide the residents a smoother interface to get enrolled and participate in HSG initiatives​.
7. Be familiar on where to find information on HSG General Practitioners clinics (GPs), Active Aging Centres (ACCs), Community Centres (CCs) and HSG accredited activities to guide and assist residents to embark in self-directed or available healthy activities and programs.
8. Assist residents to troubleshoot their issues on their HealthHub App, Healthy 365 App, NUHS App or SingPass (if any).

As part of emergency and pandemic response planning, you are required to support Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director in crisis response planning and operations. You will play an active role in :

• Ensuring timely escalation of incidents and crises through the role of duty officer
• As part of the RHSO operations command centre, respond to outbreak incidents and exigencies
• Collation, analysis and monitoring of data and trends to inform operational needs
• Coordination of quality and safety incidents, improvement programmes and monitoring of key indicators
• Providing secretariat support to relevant committees and workgroups

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
• At least 5 – 6 years of working experiences, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Confident and comfortable to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Possess strong and effective organization skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, both in indoor and outdoor operational environments.
• Meet vaccination requirements mandatory by law to work in Public Health Institutions (PHI).

• Monitor and control project’s cost by taking proactive measures to prevent costs overruns.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work Procedures for all critical and major work activities.
• Monitor and plan ahead in relation to the procurement of the company’s assets/equipment/resources.
• Mentor project team by providing proper guidance and training.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Strong familiarity with authority submissions and regulatory requirements.

• Proven relevant track record in HDB projects.
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
